In Person Sale Purchases
Consigned Inventory
It is the assumption that consignment items are gently-worn and/or
used please expect general use/wear. Please take care to inspect your
items before you check out. We offer a testing area to check plugs, batteries,
count pieces, open boxes/DVDs etc. Once you make a purchase all sales are final.
The one exception is for any item that is purchased and later determined to be part of a recall that was in effect at time of purchase
Online Sale Purchases
Consigned Inventory
It is the assumption that consignment items are gently-worn and/or used please expect general use/wear. If you inspect your item at pick up and find a stain, hole, wrong size or anything making it not as described we will be happy to consider a return at that time. Once you leave the parking lot all sales are final.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order at pick up and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can notify one of our helpers in the parking lot or proceed to the back door to speak with a Kidzsignments volunteer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns for items that are delivered as described where the tag/picture matches the actual item.
Refunds
We will notify you on site regarding your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method or gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift
cards.
