Kidzsignments Consignment Agreement
(Please read before you agree to consign)

 IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS

  • Consignor agrees to allow Kidzsignments to sell any or all items checked into a Kidzsignments consignment sale. The Consignor is responsible for tagging each item and setting the selling price. Discount and donate options are available for the consignor to complete via MySaleManager.NET.

  • Kidzsignments agrees to pay Consignor 60% of the total sales amount for their items, exclusive of gross receipts tax. (70% if Consignor volunteers 4 hours or 75% for 8 hours during the current sale. (Maximum of 75%). Consignor understands that an additional $10 (ten-dollar) participation fee is required at time of registration. Kidzsignments will mail checks within 15 days from the conclusion of the sale.

  • Consignor agrees to comply with the list of unacceptable items, and understands that items checked into the sale that do not meet our criteria will be removed from the sales floor. NO ITEMS OVER 5 YEARS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

  • Consignor gives consent to Kidzsignments, to take possession of any items not picked up by the end of the designated pick-up period. Items marked as Donate will be offered to a non-profit charity. The pick-up period can be found here  Consignors who do NOT pick up their things that are marked NO DONATE (i.e expected to be picked up) are subject (at our discretion) to a $10 sorting charge deducted from their check.

  • Consignor agrees to hold harmless and make no claim against Kidzsignments, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants in the sale, or the insurer of Kidzsignments for any damage, theft or loss of any items consigned to Kidzsignments. Consignor assumes the risks of these events occurring by participating in the sale.

  • Consignor or Volunteer agrees to waive any and all claims for personal injury resulting from participation in the sale from whatever cause against Kidzsignments, the lessors of the space where the sale is held, any volunteer or paid participants, or the insurer of Kidzsignments.
