If you will be consigning more than 250 clothing items, you may need 2 appointments. Please contact me at laurie@kidzsignments.com with the day and time of your appointment.

Location

  • Consignor drop off will take place in the back of the sale location. Please drive behind the shopping center and look for our signs.

  • Items are to be brought to the sale location at your registered drop-off time. If you are more than 5 minutes late be prepared to wait for the next available opening.

  •  Please look for signs directing you to the drop-off area.

 Procedure

  • Check in with us at the desk BEFORE bringing any items into the building. Please bring your signed consignor agreement (click here to download the agreement) 
  • A volunteer will help you complete the paperwork process before items will be inspected. Don't forget to take home your preview sales passes!

  • Make sure that you have bundled clothing together by
    size/gender. Bundle one size and gender together using a
    rubber band or string around the tops of the hangers. This will
    make it easier for the volunteers to get those items out on the racks.

  • We will review items while you wait. If we find we cannot accept an item (s) they will be sent home with you at that time. Please do not be offended. It is very easy to miss a small stain or mark on the clothing. In the case of toys or
    furniture, we will limit how many of the same identical item we can accept.
    We CANNOT accept items more than 5 years old.

  • After your items have been inspected, you will be asked to move them to the appropriate area on the sales floor.

  • IMPORTANT: Review our exclusions carefully. It is YOUR responsibility to know what we will accept/not accept. If you check items into the sale that are later found to not meet our strict criteria, they will be donated or discarded regardless of the designation on the tag.

  • Please allow extra time to wipe clean toys, secure accessories or re-do items not tagged correctly. We will need your help to ready your items for the sales floor.

  • Please stay until all of your items have been checked.

  • Consignors may be asked to set up items that require assembly. For example, cribs, pack-n-plays, highchairs, playhouses, infant swings etc.  Make sure you bring any necessary tools for assembly.

  • Consignors planning to pick up items after the sale are encouraged to leave a box/bin labeled with their consignor ID (no lids, please) for sorters to fill with unsold items. These will be returned to you at pick-up.

All items MUST be picked up by 6 pm Sunday.

Items left after 6 pm will become the property of Kidzsignments.
