BEFORE COME TO DROP OFF |

Prepare you items using the guidelines provided by Kidzsignments. Click here to
review these guidelines. ·
Read, print and sign the consignor
agreement. ·
Print a copy of your MSM
inventory, sorted by item #. Please cross off items that you did not
bring with you. ·
Organize and bundle your clothing by gender and size. ·
Check to make sure accessories and loose parts are firmly attached to
items you are selling together. ·
Double-check that all of your items have a tag securely attached. ·
Make sure your non-hanging items are marked with your consignor ID#. ·
Drop off will take approximately 30 minutes depending on the number of
items you check in. If you are asked to re do items, your drop off time
may take longer. ·
OPTIONAL: If you are picking up items
on Sunday, you may leave a cardboard box for us to fill with your items.
You may not get the same box back. |

WHEN YOU ARRIVE |

Park behind the shopping center and look for signs directing you to the
drop off location. ·
When you arrive, leave your items in the car and check-in at the
consignor registration station. ·
A volunteer will collect your agreement and MSM inventory and will
assist you with the check-in procedure. ·
Once you have been checked in, take a rolling rack (if necessary) out
to your vehicle, unload your items and bring them into the building. |

ITEM INSPECTION |

After all of your items are inside the building, you will be assigned
an inspection team who will inventory and inspect your items. ·
You may be given back items that we cannot accept. Please do not
negotiate with our volunteers to take back these items. ·
As your items are inventoried a volunteer will direct you to place the
items on the sales floor. ·
You are finished with check-in once all of your items have been placed
on the sales floor. |

BEFORE YOU LEAVE |

Make sure you have your pre sale and half price sale pass. ·
Remember, although we do allow children at the consignor pre sale, NO STROLLERS will be permitted.
Other than your children, no one else may accompany you to the pre sale. ·
Take postcards to pass out to others. |

PICK UP |
|
·
Pick up will begin at 5pm on
Sunday, April 13th. ·
Please do not show up earlier than 4:30 at pick up. ·
Double check your pile and check for missorted item. ·
Items not picked up by 6pm will be donated (NO EXCEPTIONS). ·
Don’t forget to check the Lost & Find and Items w/ Missing Tags. ·
Kidzsignments is not responsible for missing items. |
